I had wanted to incorporate a healthy diet, but was frustrated with looking at recipes with ingredients I’d never heard of. I also wanted to know that I was choosing the right diet. There are so many different diets out there. How does one know which way to go? Debbie’s Raw-Riffic Foods makes sense to me.
Things that Debbie taught me, in her book:
I learned how acidity forms in the body, making toxins. I for one, don’t want toxins in my body, and yet based on the way that I have been living, they are there, and I plan to get rid of them.
Debbie taught me “the power of a lemon”. Lemons are an internal body cleanser! Lucky me! I’ve got a lemon tree in back yard!

There are so many easy and great sounding recipes in her book “Raw-Riffic Foods”, Raw Food Basics. We are talking of healthy Mayo, Catsup and relishes. There are sauces, chips, drinks, soups and stews. There are so many different salads, dressings and dinner ideas that you could never get bored with it. Then of course there are the deserts, such as; Apple-Pear Tart, Chocolate Swirl-Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Truffles, Cranberry Coconut Cookies. I’ve experienced some of her ice cream, puddings & smoothies, and oh my gosh! They are such a treat – you won’t believe it!
